A combination of hits and misses

Attentive staff was good, while the breakfast juice options were fantastic. The double room offered great comfort with a warm shower and clean bathroom.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, leading to restless sleep, and the outdated decor gave the hotel a tired ambiance. The internet connectivity was intermittent, frustrating .

Location short walk to shops and a bakery. Well-trained and flexible staff members on the night shift.

The rooms are modern and well decorated, and are complete with bottled water as well as TV. It has peaceful and exceptionally nice location feet from Cathedral. The hotel is in a busy district, in a quiet street.

The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with amenities. I especially enjoyed the breakfast options, with fresh juices and delicious pastries. The staff were friendly.

The air conditioning was not very effective .

We got a room with a tub.

I stayed at the Garni Hotel Dash for two nights. The room was clean, which I appreciated. I had issues with the bed setup. I requested a double bed but received two single beds pushed together. The toilet didn't work properly, and there was no hair conditioner provided. I could reserve the pool for two hours, nice and warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee and tea were only available on the first floor, inconvenient. I'd recommend the hotel for a budget option, but it needs some updates and better room maintenance.

Nice rooms, well cleaned and cleaned daily. Fantastic staff, all friendly and really nice people. Never got to try the breakfast as it was only served 7-9am, but I heard on the last day that I could have had it delivered to my room, which might be good for late risers.

I was charged for drinks that I didn't have from my mini bar, not a massive deal and not a massive amount of money, but its the principle that counts I guess. I was on the top floor in the corner and Wi-Fi reception wasn't great. Barely got it on my laptop, didn't get it on my iPhone. There is no lift, so prepare to walk up some steps with your cases, the top floor is a killer!

the bathroom was small. didn't feel like a 4-star experience. the breakfast had great options. particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. staff were always accommodating. and the room was spacious and clean.

I stayed here for 1 night and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, much better than my previous experience in novi sad. Breakfast offered some tasty options, including freshly made omelets.

The pool offered a warm and relaxing escape. Although the sheets could be cleaner, the staff were friendly and accommodating were good.

A Pleasant Stay with Great Amenities

The pool area offers warmth and privacy, perfect for relaxation. The staff provided really good service. Highly recommend visiting the nearby Mediterranean restaurant for a good culinary experience. Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet-great value for the price!
